Conquest of Ralasia
I would like to play a Goliath Barbarian named Aukan, given the honorific “Lore Axe”. Our tribe has recently discovered the usefulness of having our history and tales in written form. As a twenty-five year old barbarian, it was the job of me and my brother, a warden named “Lore Shield”, to transport elders from our hunting camp to the dwarven community. Each year when our hunting party came near the dwarven stronghold my brother and I would make the trek with an elder to have the dwarves assist us in recording the elder’s history. While I can speak and write in dwarven, the dwarves are much faster writers and help store our tales as they are not nomadic. On the last trip, the elder we brought was an old barbarian who was near the end of his life. When he told the dwarves his tales and adventures, I knew that I could no longer just be an escort for the elderly, that I needed to accumulate some tales of my own. Upon retuning him to camp, I told our chief my plan to go adventuring, and he gave his blessing. The elder who’s story had inspired me then gave me his blessing and necklace, made of the teeth of many of beasts and foes he had fought, and so transfered his honorific name to me, “War-tooth”. And so I have come down the great mountain Aukan “War-tooth” to find my own tale to tell.
